In an odd way, that frightens me.

If you don't gamble on occasion in life, the merry-go-round just continues to turn. Fun for some, but rather tame for my tastes. Kind of like watching a chicken bob around the hen house. Sure, you get fed, but sooner or later it's Sunday and life is over.

On a rollercoaster, the climb is painful, gravity sucks as they say. It's that drop at the top that makes life sweet, and you never get it if you won't ride. Raptors mate in flight, screaming the whole way down. i'll venture some don't pull out in time, pun intended, and crash. But i'd rather gamble on the crash than be anyone's Sunday dinner.
