Hi - my name is Linda, 42 year old married woman with one daughter. I grew up in (incredibly) conservative South Africa, so going online and finding chat, and then sites like Literotica were a revelation.

It does mean that I have explored elements of myself that I may not have, otherwise; although I like to think I've tried to understand my responses to the experiences I have had. But I would advise that you write something that you know about first and see how that works before delving into total make believe, in so much of characters you admit to know little about.

Firstly - thanks to everyone for the welcome; it has taken me by suprise how supportive everyone is.

As for my choice of subject matter: I tend to write about scenarios that I would find exciting. I have been in a helpless situation before (non-coercive, though); and it was as exciting as anything I've ever experienced. So that permeates my work.

I am branching out from that a bit though - those are not the only images that leave me moved lol

We seem to have some things in common: I'm also a woman, and married, but I have two daughters, it was going so well.

Nah, What I really mean is: I also tend to write from a submissive's viewpoint. My main character likes to act the submissive, although she is actually quite a powerful woman, in her own right. One of the sexiest stories that I have written (IMO) is that of a D/s f/f encounter. I understand why I have this fascination, and it's private.
