Don’t be facetious.

“Will you just [insert as appropriate] already” is a colloquial expression, originating in the US, widely used by a generation who are now c. 20 years of age. It appears in the title of my piece in speech marks.

I know perfectly well the grammatical imperfection of the phrase, not least of all as I studied Latin, and have under-graduate and post-graduate degrees in an English language based subject.

Did you feel terribly clever when you wrote your reply? How ridiculous to come onto an art thread and choose to critique the grammatical construction of the title.
