Chocolate is a mood booster. Punishment can be avoided by offering lots of chocolate and cookies, or giving punishment by taking them away. It is the electronic currency of the Lit board (at least in the BDSM section).

Seriously it's just a sorta joke between me and some of the other subs here. I can't have chocolate, cause of the Crohns, so I crave it desperately. In some places you get e-hugs, here you get either e-chocolate or e-cookies. That's cause e-chocolate is way better than an e-hug anyday.
