Interesting sight of the day

Five sheep running down the road after somehow breaking out of the yard next door.

I bet it was quite a sight on the main road through town. LOL I've never counted the sheep, but I'd estimate the flock at about 15-20. We have no idea how they got out of the yard, as the fence is intact as well as the gate with the chain on it. But they all escaped earlier and went down the road and around the corner in little groups. Most if not all were rounded up shortly, and they're now across the street. And rather cranky too.

I just thought that someone might be slightly amused by what was a very unusual thing to see.

I've never had to round up sheep, but when I was growing up we had an old cow that loved to wander. She was a mean cow, too. I really enjoyed those steaks when the time came.
