I dont know how many times this has been asked before but I am forced to post here. Literotica search and the writers resources didn't have it.

I would like to write an interactive story. How do I submit one?

So far as I can tell, there's not really any proper way. I submitted a story once with one branching path, and I just made readers scroll to the right section. The only better way I can imagine is to make each branch a separate story and force readers to go back to your profile page at each fork. There is that Chyoo thing, but I have no idea what that is.

Something you might want to try is the sexual role play thread. You start it out and announce that its "open" for whoever you want, a man, a woman, or open to anyone who wants to jump in and go along with the story.

The only better way I can imagine is to make each branch a separate story and force readers to go back to your profile page at each fork.

Lit would allow a link to a continuing story in the story submission I think, but it could get too complicated as well as too much work to edit each previous part after the next one is posted so you can insert a link in there to the next part.

You could try PMing the author of that story and ask how he did it - looks as if he was still active late last year.

Just clicked on that one, then clicked on the Start link, and was immediately taken to a story with an abnormal URL path:

Usually stories are in:

So besides PMing the author of that story, I think in the end you must contact TPTB about it. In other worse, PM Laurel.

Any relationship between the sites? I just had a quick look at the front page and what surprised me is that the story categories they have pretty much one on one match those on Literotica. Just some minor name changes.

Oh, yes. There's a definite relationship between chyoo and Lit.

I have a story on here that has a link to one of the threads on the boards. That makes me think that a link to another story on Lit would work too.
