I have no idea what Literotica thinks of it. As with most such things, they haven't set any specific rules.

I saw a dating profile years ago (long before Tinder) which went in the other direction. A white woman wrote that she wanted Black men to come to her house and play at being servants/slaves - not sure at what level of coercion the games were supposed to be at. She didn't promise to have sex with them, so I don't know if she got any takers. There are certainly white guys (gay or straight?) who like to play the "maid" role. Supposedly some of them will really clean one's house. I'm not sure what they get out of it unless there is some sex involved.

This take is so misinformed and out of touch it's honestly sad. And actually toxic to the reality that raceplay is quite viable and at times and in the right situation incredibly arousing and exciting. Like adrenaline pumping level of aroused excitement.

I can absolutely and 100% honestly profess and confirm there are people out there who enjoy aspects of raceplay in fully consenting relationships built on a foundation of mutual respect and trust. Like with all concepts of BDSM and kink-related play all parties involved should be fully consenting and have safewords in place.

With that being said raceplay is really no different than any other form of kink play, at the right time or mood, it can be absolutely amazing! But too much can be much more than a turnoff, it could be very damaging to the relationship.

Let me put it this way, I like being slapped and choked. Plain and simple right? Well not quite. I have moods that I'm in, that sometimes my submission and my desires are darker and may desire more of a rougher time with my Dom (which I dont have......yet). Now, if he or she were to slap and start choking me when I was in that mood, what do you think would happen?

Why I would enjoy it!! Now, if I was not in one of those moods, and I wanted more of a 'worship' session, where my Dom just sits or lays there and allows me to serve and work to please them, how do you think I would feel if they started choking me out?

It would be a total turn off! (maybe - it just depends on how I felt and the dynamic at the time. Like maybe I was getting mouthy and needed to be put in my place). It's the same thing with any kink, including raceplay! If I was in the mood for a darker more intense session, and my Dom also enjoyed raceplay, then that is a dynamic that I would absolutely desire AND express my desire for in the bedroom.

But take things slowly of course. Raceplay is absolutely a form of submission! And one of the most highly personal and revealing aspects I could incorporate into my submission to another person.

As for whether raceplay is right or wrong, it's all bullshit. In my experience, it's typically overly opinionated white folks who get worked up about that shit. My black friends laugh their asses off over NWO crap. The most common comment I get from them? "I wish I could find some white chick into that."

An army buddy of mine and I had the best time laughing when he hooked up with a white chick who referred to him as her Mandigo. He was quite honest about, "Dude, I'm okay down there, but I'm not Mandingo." Still, he thought it was funny as hell. Come on, what guy doesn't love being told he's got a big dick?

@Bleachbunny wrote a lot, but didn't write the main thing. At Raceplay, no one pretends to be a person of a different race. Raceplay is essentially dirty talk with an emphasis on race. You idiot doesn't understand the topic and attacks people based on your ignorance.

Ahhhhhhhh… the great thing about reading; if it offends you, just stop reading!

That being said, I think it shows a lack of character when someone calls someone “idiots” over a definition because how they narrowly define it might be vastly different than what others do. Name calling is NEVER a great way to defend anything.

Myself, I have written a lot of Race Play stuff. I wrote content for a website on Pulp Erotica, which was the pornography of the 1930’s. Fem Fetale’s, Noir, non-consent, and other dark types of stories came out of that era and was where those style of stories originated. Since it was written in that era: a time when cultural changes were happening at amazing speed, race was a huge part of being authentic.

Growing up in a foster home, my adopted family is very varied, far more than you would think in the almost all-Caucasian North East. I am American Indian with an adopter sister who is African American. I still wrote true to the era and of the topic of Pulp Erotica, which is NOT a politically correct type of writing style. And I think that edginess certainly adds to the intensity of the story.

For instance, I wrote a story based on two ship captains in 1920 who had a Caucasian lady passed around, including being with two African-American coal stokers in the coal bunker of the ship. That would have been dastardly in 1920, and makes the story very authentic to Pulp Erotica. That being said, my sister is African-American, even though I love Pulp Erotica, I never could bring myself to use the N-word racial slur. I could have, and been era-accurate, as well as being true to real Pulp Erotica, but I don’t think I lost that much by NOT choosing to use racial slurs either.

Putting on my captain obvious hat here: it is just up to the writer on what they use for words in wordsmithing.
