However, if you don't love pants, AA is right.

Although those wedge shaped shoes that loft you up a bit are ok for that.

I don't do the track suit thing.. Unless, I'm actually at the track, where I do seem to spend an inordinate amount of time. And since I tend to do the dressy pants and nice top thing, flats do me good.

I do realise eventually, I'm gonna have to invest in a nice pair of shoes, but I'm thinking a nice pair of pumps with a low heel, cause there are places where a fuck me shoe is not appropriate. Like some workplaces...

I agree. I've worked in office work places, and my mom is a accountant. She works in an office work place all the time. Neither of us ever wear high heals. There are plenty of dressy, appropriate flats, because more and more people are refusing to put their health at jeopordy with high heals.

Being a tall girl at 5'11'', I shied away from heels almost all my life. I never get more than an inch off the floor in terms of wedge or heel or anything...and I am barefoot or in sandals, or mules so much that I just cant cope with anything else.

But...

I DO have one pair of heels...a sexy, hot pair with a tall, thick heel...only wear them in front of the mirror and strut around the house...then take them off and put them away...makes me feel like an amazon, even though they are uber sexy!!!!
