I can't sleep.... I am not even tired.... I have to be up in four hours..... and I can't take a nap during the day...
there is no one on any of my IM's.... I am bored as hell
and now I am babbling...

Spent most of my sophmore year of college as an insomniac. I would stay up till 4 or 5 sometimes till dawn it was very bad. I eventually just broke the cycle by staying up for 40 hours straight. I was completely exahusted and went to bed around 11 something and got up around 9. Afterwards I tried to be good about going to bed before midnight and getting up before 10. Now i only stay up really late when i am working on research papers that are due tomrrow. In fact that is what i am doing now. ughhhh

I've had terrible insomnia lately. Today is NOT a good day for insomnia. I have court at 9am.

Plus, my posts sound so idiotic when I re-read them after I've slept.

Yeah, did you attempt to drive down the price of a local amusment park by dressing up as the wolfman, driving customers away?? And then did a bunch of meddling kids foul up your plot. Zoiks!!!

No, I lent someone my car and they got 7 parking tickets in a two day period. (Never again, damnit!)

Anyway they never told me and since I never paid them, my license got suspended.

I borrowed a friend's van to take someone to a hotel (My engine blew on my car ) and I got pulled over and HER registration was suspended.

So I had court today. It went well.

Insomnia is a hateful thing, I suffer from it from time to time and theres no rhyme or reason to it and it gives you no warning of when it's going to strike.....hate it hate it hate it hate it hate it hate it....

Try about 9 to 15 mg. of Melatonin. It always works for me.
