I'm thinking of a story from the inside out (no beginning or end, just middle) and I'd like your ideas to fill in the blanks (sci-fi/fantasy).
The center concept is that children aren't born, they're grown.
Conceived with a sort of mind bond, the child grows in a pod like a large butterfly.
The child grows with a tail that looks like a long vacuum cleaner cord plugged in his or her butt crack.
A female will also be fully smooth with no real vagina (having no use for it).
Neither gender would have a navel, because the placenta is not there.
At age 18, the male or female is let loose from the pod, but is still wired in to it.
The cord works as a remote control (public oral sex is legal and is as common as licking a lollypop and drinking from a drinking fountain), because the 18 year old has no brain.
Nudity is not looked upon as taboo, and fondling breasts and penises are every day recreational habits, but would be very erotic to frequent visitors to the planet like Star Trek's "Risa".

Artificial brains are commonly manufactured using a replicater/pattern enhancer you may have seen used on Star Trek.
It actually replicates sections of the brain that don't work unless put together, so one could say he lost his mind and actually mean it.
The brain parts are like loaners that are taken out of the elderly and donated to a pod that is newly in use, meaning lobotomies for the elderly are an accepted way of life on this new world.

This should be from the point of view of a vacationing alien from another planet.

I never said I wouldn't write stories for lit.
I said I wouldn't submit stories (I'd get someone else to do it).

As for the minor bit, I am explaning to the reader about the setup, and there really are no minors in any erotic parts (minors are alowed in stories as long as nothing erotic or pornographic happens when the minor is around).
Actually the minor rule goes against lit's own policy specified in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257.
The bill requires only certain depictions of child sexuallity to be against the law, none of which are non physical with no sexual intent.
Literotica is exempt from this bill because the stories are text only (audio is not a defence).
Since 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 only talks about physical aspects of child sexuallity, that is only what Literotica is exempt from.
This means the site is censoring the authors when the site owners say they are against censorship.

"I don't like stories of incest, but this site won't censor free speech.
Since I hate child sexuallity and child sensuallity with a passion, I'll ban ALL activities with minors."

What 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 says is law breaking is:
penile penitration of anus, vagina, or mouth,
hand or skin contact with genital, weather male/female, male/male, female/female, self, or a combination,
unconsensual or public display of sexual vioence,
unconsensual sexual action or interaction by or with a nude child, partially nude child, or a minor in various stages of undress, and
a depiction of adult/child or child/adult sexual intent.

The following is what Literotica won't allow:
A child seeing adult nudity (I imagine this was a slipup on the moderator's part, and she meant all nudity).
A child hearing sexual noises.
A child showing off parts of his or her body.
A child sexually fantasizing about an adult and vice-versa.
