Call that sponser and concentrate on the minute just getting through it. Go to an on line meeting cause they are on the Net and stay there until this passes. It will get better if you let otheres help you.

Hey if Xander wants help with his problem I have been there done that and I can give advice nothing else but he has to make the first step. I am going to stop drinking for the purpose of its scaring to many peole when I go out and drive hence I have done it tooooo many times...

Xander I may seem like an ass but I will give you advice if you need it.. But its up to you....

PLus if i wasn't an ass it wouldn't be me...
