So from an American standpoint at least, is it the kilt itself that is attractive or the idea of the foreign guy in it. ( I know Americans can and do wear kilts but they are not exactly common)

For me, it's the kilt itself. Perhaps the fact that they're not all that common in the U.S. is part of it; it's a rare and beautiful day when I see a guy in a kilt.

Though I love accents, mostly because I'm a linguist, I don't have quite the fetish that lovely Wenchie has for them. So really it's just the look, regardless of the language. For me, anyway.

Does make me want to relocate to a place where kilts are more common, though I'd probably never get a damn thing done *grin*

Kilts are an obsession all their own for me. The man in it doesn't have to be foreign, infact I've only ever seen Americans in kilts. There's just something about the fact that yet another one of my passions could be so easily addressed when a man is in a kilt. One of my fantasies is to discover whats under a guy's kilt by closing my eyes and searching with my mouth only. :eek:

There's just something absolutely uncontrolably sexy about a man in a kilt, Lord help me if he has an accent! :eek:

That's one thing I love about "alternitive" or "goth" clubs, lots of kilts to be seen...and usually some leather...and floggers...and....*purr* :eek:

Have I mentioned that I'm on orgasm restrictions? I think it's starting to get to me. :eek:
 
Mmmmmmmmmmm...kilts. Kilts are good lol. I have a lot of guy friends that wear the Utilikilt's and one of them actually got married in (and made his groomsmen wear) a dress kilt. THAT was a fun wedding to go to!!! :D

I'm a fan of kilts. One of my best friends wears one--he's into the goth scene, and happens to be of Scottish descent. And he tells me he goes traditional underneath when he wears it. I didn't check...some day I might have to.

Dated a man from Scotland...for a year and a half and he was HOT in a kilt...

And yes, I do know what is underneath that kilt... :devil:

Loved his accent and when he wore a kilt. Only a real men can wear a skirt so I have learned. ;)
