I would am interested in reading more about aspects of BDSM including the pyschological processes involved in developing as a Dom/Me or submissive.

I have scoured the 'net during the past twelve months or so and, not surprisingly, have found some interesting articles and some rubbish.
The difficulty i am having with some of the web pages is that it they are often subjective opinion not objective or researched based information.

I am aware of Jay Wiseman and some of the more mainstream publications.

Wondering if anyone has any links or advice about where to find some research articles about this lifestyle.

Thanks in advance

Gloria Brame has done tons of research. She's got a great no bullshit style of writing, which makes it nice to read her stuff.

Here's her site.

Another interesting read is Anita Phillips 'A Defense of Masochism' which is a study based on sexual masochism, especially looking at it through psychological, social and emotional motives.

This one has probably already been posted before, but I like this woman's take on things:

http://www.takeninhand.com/

Her blog draws a lot of controversy because she is very honest about her non-PC interests. And her interests are hot! :) (at least to me)

Taken in Hand rocks.

twas flea who turned me on to that. She has not been seen around here lately...
