I started celebrating last night. Rather heavily, I might add.
After several jack and cokes (like 6 or 7), I was given a drink called a smokey-otey. Holy shit. Tasted so sweet and so good and so cold and was so so so bad for me.

Hmm. Wonder how the rest of the weekend will go...

Well I'll be working on Monday mornin, but come 1500 I'm off for four glorious days. (Hell I'm not even on call, how sweet is that?)

The festivities will start after a late afternoon siesta then it's off to dinner downtown followed by the West Palm Beach Fireworks Show. This will be followed by the drive home and more fireworks at home. (hey it's our anniversary and we will be making our own fireworks at home. If the wife can wait that long of course. )
