Increase Cum Volume

Lots of water, edging and some orgasm control have helped me. I’m 55 and I don’t cum as often as I used to, but lots of volume.

I’ve also heard drinking and smoking are bad for volume.

Oh yeah, forgot. My wife used to get me some amino acid supplements for just this.

R-lysine and R-Argenine supplements. They’re expensive and we stopped getting them due to cost.

How can I help increase my husbands vim volume? I want more quantity when he cums in me.

He has had a vasectomy and I feel like that has affected his cum volume. Anything we can do to increase it?
A vasectomy should not affect your husband's volume of cum. The white part of cum, (the part you see), comes from the prostate, which is not affected by vasectomy surgery, only the semen, (which is microscopic), comes from the testicles. The volume of a man's cum is affected more by his overall health and physical condition. A balanced diet, combined with exercise, should, (over time), increase his volume. The American diet, (and developed countries), is based on fats and refined sugars, which is terrible for health in general, and particularly for sexual health, and being so, a change in diet, including vitamin and mineral supplements can help. In the west, we depend too much on prepared foods, which are lacking in essential vitamins and minerals.

If you compare the body shape of men today, to the body shape of men before 1960/1970, (particularly before 1950), you will find that men have physically changed. this is due to a change in the diet of western countries. "We are what we eat!"

Just my opinion.......................

Restrict his Cummings to once a decade events.

Keeping hydrated should help. Depending on the frequency of your sexual encounters, waiting a little longer between them could increase volume as well.

The single biggest thing that increases mine is edging, though. I've gotten some pretty large volume ejaculations that way. Back when we did IVF I edged several times the day before providing my sample. The word used to describe the volume by the doctor when they discussed the numbers later was "impressive." 😆

The vasectomy shouldn't change the volume, at least anatomically/biologically speaking. All it does is remove the sperm, which is a miniscule contributor to the volume. I had a vasectomy within the last couple months, no effect on my volume.

Not my writing, but can confirm it works

Anecdotally, the pygeum is the most important compound and will increase both pre cum and volume. Celery is good for consistency and white colour but seems to unaffect volume.

I take both supplements.

I find that I have normal amounts when I have cummed two or three times in a row. A fourth one and it is rather small compared to the previous three.

Not sure if Zinc is an ingredient in any of the other supplements that were mentioned above, but I started taking a daily Zinc tablet (25mg - 50mg) and noticed a definite volume increase. ....also helpful for general immunity

Lots of edging! Have fun with it. Bring him to the edge an deny him. Or tell him to masturbate, and instruct him along the way, and tell hiM he is not allowed to cum. This will provide much greater volume!

I think my issue began when my prostate became enlarged and the result was this.

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/retrograde-ejaculation/symptoms-causes/syc-20354890#:~:text=Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen,it can cause male infertility.

I really noticed the change when I was prescribed FloMax.
I have been taking L-Argenine (500) and Zinc (500) for years. I might explore L-Lysine, Pygeum and Lecithin as additional supplements.

At 71 I don't ever expect to cum bucket loads but a bit more might be fun!

It truly is about hydration. There are hydration supplements that are sold on Amazon now that include electrolytes without having to drink sports drinks with a ton of sugar added. They are pretty good, I use them in a 16 ounce water after workouts. It's a reset for your system as sometimes just solely drinking water does not do the trick in ensuring true hydration. Your body does need that healthy salt mixed in there.

The supplements mentioned above by other users are helpful as well, from my understanding. Also, edging and denial for a day or several helps the buildup.

To piggyback off of this, sports drinks are horrible for your teeth. The way I heard it explained is that they were developed with the idea you’d be gulping it down after a round of tennis or other sport. They weren’t meant to be sipped like you may before a round in the bedroom. The ingredients eat away at the enamel of your teeth over time if consumed with regularity. Not to mention the sugar you already mentioned.

Drink plenty of water, stay away from sugary drinks, and green veggies and fruits. It wouldn't hurt to work in some supplements like zinc as well. Hope that helps! Let us know.

Those are the old sports drinks in the grocery stores like Gatorade, PowerAde, etc. There are electrolyte supplements to add to water that only have 1g of sugar and are not harmful for your teeth at all. Mix it in the water and drink it within 15 minutes (purely my preference, there is no set time) and I'm set. I do not nurse it all day. Just a heads up. 😉👌
