Inconvenient lockdown

A couple have been attending a given university, where the woman is from out-of-state, studying some topic that this university is famous for, where the guy is in-state, working his way through, shoestring budget all the way. They are engaged to be married the coming September, but while the girl is visiting her parents, the lockdown starts, and school is closed, so parents want to keep her at home.

Guy has already agreed to leave his current apartment and move in with a friend at a given date. When the date comes, after he has finished moving his meager belongings out of his old apartment, but before he can drive to his new digs, he calls his roommate to find that roommate has covid-19, and he can't move in. Girl's parents are against sending money to Guy for him to drive across many states and join them in quarantine. Guy needs someplace local, as Guy's job isn't closing.

Cheerfully, Guy's job isn't high risk, but he still needs someplace to stay. He does know a couple of local women that are friendly classmates that have been in quarantine at the same house all this time. He asks them if they have anyplace he could crash until he can find another roommate.

The two classmates live with two other women, sharing a 4 bedroom living space. (Factory building turned into a condo, downtown, fancy decoration but poor layout. All bedrooms have a door to the living space, and everyone's room heats or cools best if the door is open.)

The four women have been in quarantine since 3 weeks ago, but lived together for over a year. Their periods are synchronized. He shows up just as everyone's period has ended, and while a couple of them have problems the week after, the other two do not. He is able to impress them with the precautions he's been using during the lockdown, and he has plenty of both cleaning supplies and toilet paper. They let him sleep on the couch, but he has no real privacy except in the bathroom. There are, cheerfully, 2 bathrooms, though the women have 2 people sharing each in the time before him.

The women are already on the horny side when he shows up. He's not God's gift to Women to begin with, but he's not ugly, either. Without thinking, he's friendly to all 4, and while he would be a nudist, if he lived alone, he does stay dressed around them, only undressing either in the bathroom or under the blanket on the couch, to sleep. This isn't an issue until one sees him in the morning, still sleeping, but with morning wood uncovered by his shifting from under the blanket during his sleep...

Does she wake a roommate to come see? Does she attempt to cover him up? Does she wake him to scold him for nudity? Does she want to throw him out? Sit on his penis? Hand-or-blow job? Maybe a rotation (and keeping mouth shut about same) is in order? Maybe it's just a two women rotation, but over time the other two opt in as well?

What if he doesn't want to have any sex except for with his fiancé? Does it wind up happening anyway? Does one of them get him drunk first?

You mentioned him being nudist if in enough privacy. What if the four women living together also had rather lax home dressing habits they had to adjust to accommodate the guy, without spending much thinking would that inconvenience them? And it sort of isn't at first, while the situation still has its novelty, but in a few days that wear off, and the previous comfort zone starts setting in. It could be innocent random and truly accidental and unintentional moments at first, stolen sights within those permanently open bedrooms. The women will soon catch he's starting though, even if he tries not, but they will say nothing and pretend not noticing.

It could become a game, and progress quite far even before the morning accident with his exposed cock, with is seen as opportunity to further the teasing game by whomever see it first. She may call one or more others to check it out, but most importantly devise a plan to further rob the guy's privacy and deliberately lower local modesty standards even further.

She or they could just hang out in the living room, still in their sleepwear, purposely blocking or even "kind of accidentally" displacing his clothing he would normally put on under the blanket, she or they may even further move the blanket so his exposure is undeniable when he wakes up (upon a purpose made "accidental" noise), and he had to admit it and be unable to cover up rapidly, leading up to discussion about home nudism and maybe even him going over to the bathroom naked... but still grabbing his clothes to put on there, this time.

Speaking of the bathroom, is the door even lockable? Maybe the other is, but not the one assigned to the guy, and still shared with one or both girls who used it previously. At first everyone was careful to give others space, but that can slowly erode. And after the exposed dick incident and further normalization of casual nudity, it isn't unthinkable for the most forward of the women to expose herself in close quarters or even attempt to join him in the shower.

Also, it might be interesting if one of the women was bisexual, and there was some ongoing... not strictly pairwise relationship within the quartet, but subdued desire from the bi- girl for one or more of the others and deprecated curiosity from one or more others (and those sets may or may not overlap). This could as well be between premises of the group's decision to allow a guy in, to try to defuse that brewing situation, made so much worse by the lockup. Nevertheless, there might have been historical and ongoing scenes of physical comforting between the women, and little displays of affection, a bit subdued for the first day or two of the guy's presence, but coming back even before dress code relax again.

And, we shouldn't forget the fiancee, while physically distant, she is constantly present in the situation, at least in the guy's head and heart, and telephone calls and video conferencing, and he has to explain his unusual circumstances to her, and she may caught glimpses of quite skimpy clad women in his background. It would be hell of emotions for the guy to try to manage. Keep in mind it all happen in sight and earshot of the house girls, and soon there's relationships between the girls, the fiancee is being brought in as distant fifth in the women's group, competing, plotting and scheming around the guy.

The women themselves may compete for the guy, even if without explicit interest and intentions at first, but once the idea to seduce him emerged, they most likely will take it as a group project and coordinate. They would assign roles and approaches: the most forward and eager will be given green light to be even more aggressive, someone else will take the innocent tease, exaggerating her natural shyness, while constantly happen "under the feet" of the guy and invariably suffering wardrobe malfunctions, another will go all motherly on him, the last trying on the little cold mystery girl. Or something like that.

No matter how faithful our guy tries to be... the final straw could as well be implied or even explicit "go ahead" from his fiancee, who's probably incorrectly assuming she's merely accepting a done deal.

When the gates break... there's a lot of chances for lots of drama between the girls, both real and played for the guy's benefit and to push him around.

The happy ending would be, to bring the fiancee over as soon as possible and integrate in the harem of five. Another ending would be him "stealing" one of the quartet, and moving out with or without his fiancee still on the scene.
