I can appreciate a fictional story about an incestuous attraction if it is consensual, and if it is not consummated. If it results in sexual intercourse, and nearly all incest stories do, I do not like it. It also needs to be well written.

Cousin incest and step-sibling incest is the hottest, IMO.

I can deal with siblings' incest in a twins/triplets fantasy sort of way, but I think it's better as a threesome or foursome with a separate third or fourth party included to break the dynamic up a bit. I've also read a few stories in the "overprotective" older sibling or the "adoring" younger sibling incest genre that were very good, but just those few that did something new with the cliché instead of doing the predictable same old same.
