You don't need to justify your choice to be lovers. No one can stop you. The laws against consensual adult incest are all but impossible to enforce because sex by its nature is a private act, and there are no victims when that sex is between consenting adults. This is why the cases that do get brought before a court almost always involve sexual abuse. The remaining cases, if the news reports are any indication, seem to involve people from the shallow end of the gene pool who lack the common sense to be discreet.
