I don't think that stepbrother/-sister still is incest. I mean, they are not related until both of them are adopted - and if one of them is 30 years older that would mean he or she would be 48 (the other one of course would be at least 18) and at 48 adoption usually doesn't happen. I would say instead of 30 make it 10 or less.

However, the trick/blackmail stuff sounds interesting. There could be this boy, just turned 18. His mother/father marries again - and now he has a 21 year old step sister. This girl is every wankers wet dream: she is blond with a hot body - and she is willing to show it, wearing short skirts and tight tops.
