not really that every person in the gangbang needs to be a relative. though it's possible. perhaps a mother with a few sons let's them take a round at her? if not then perhaps just a mother/son ordeal that leads to him inviting his friends. or perhaps a father/daughter where as the father finds out her fantasy of a gangbang and invites his coworkers to take advantage. the idea is hot to me, and I can either write it myself or work with an author. whoa! that is a tuff idea. Not sure it can be made real either. Living in the south {laughing (the south) gets the brunt if incest jokes why?} I am afraid it sure does happen and many are the post product of it.
Here are some thoughts:
I think daughter works best in place of the mother because of the nieve aspect.
but mom is a more experienced lay and knows what to do and what she wants!
Adult parties are an easier set then the long explanation of how a youger girl gets into the situation.
But the younger ones are more likely to have a more open terain of envirements to work with, like out doors the barn, the picknic, back of the car. Older women prefer/demand a softer enviroment.
To make the story a bit on the real side I would keep the characters to about the same age settings. Cousins work even an uncle or something but granny/pappy and a youger just throws it into the realm of disbelief.
If I was to write this theme I think it would be like this;
family gathering and the teenagers "of course 18+" are gathered in the basement/ play room while the adults do adult stuff else where. Wendy and Karen are the only girls among six boys or more (option to relations would be questionable) at an age they are all not virgins and are trying to prove themselves as attractive.
Set up would most likely be a game of chance or a T or D kind of thing. The follow through would be the "You have to do it because I had to do it " and each time the plot thickins.
The twist would be the which boys were siblings and what they were made to do, but wanted to do anyway. For a kink I would think of throwing in an uncle or two that comes to check on them and is aroused.
works well with a fishing or camping or even an in the back yard tenting experience.
Another situation could be "Anne" goes hunting or fishing with her dad and uncles for the weekend because of some reason she has to go, normally it is just for the men of the family.
Hard to find a reason why there is only one girl available in an entire family with all the men/mostly men.
Let you know in MHO I dis like stories where Mom and Dad and all the kids join in then grampa Joe and nana happen to be nearby. And look it is little sissy who cant walk groaping Grand Dad, oh and the Dog is humping the cat. <----- Being overly sarcastic to make a point. Personally I change the characters in my mind so it is not an incest story or I move on to the next story. So take what I say with only a grain of salt, and good luck!

the real one i hinted at local to us was many years ago and involved a dad, uncle, cousin, and boyfriend, with a girl who'd been shall we say,'of loose morals for a long while', she was of course over 18 at this time, (just).
they all got drunk at a social club and went back for more drinks at the house.
mummy passed out and was put to bed out of the way.

I think it would be more a melancholy tale of psychological challenges wrestling against hormones, unless written by a special writer. This would need to be a story focussed on the internal feelings of the characters, not just the body mechanics. I sorta tried this in my story, Nun is Better, not sure I succeed, though the story, which is not about incest, seems to work okay based on feedback and vote scores.

It is going to happen and it can't be stopped but the character knows it is not moral and goes with the moment.
