A young man grows up in Vegas with a rather lovely single mom. She's worked in the casinos as far back as he can remember as a dealer and bartender. She's always been rather closed mouthed about his father and her past.
Then one day a lawyer shows up and says his father has passed and left him the family business. Which turns out to be a legal brothel in the north part of the state.
Mom's got some splaining to do and he finds out more than he ever imagined.
What does he do now? Take over the business? Close it down?

So he accepts the inheritance because, what man wouldn't?

Mom is still be quiet about the whole thing, offering tidbits of who his father was. But little about their connection.

They get there and the place is a relatively new mess, it had only gone down hill after dad died, because the current manager isn't very ambitious. No one is happy working there. Both son and mom want to clean it up and run the business. Since she has casino customer service experience, she volunteers to work with staff while the son will learn the business end. The first thing he does is delve into the records and finds the old employee file for his mom!

He confronts her, she owns up to it, they have a long heart to heart with no judgements. Free from hiding her history, mom vet's/trains the women (and men?) working there directly, fucking them with abandon. Meanwhile son has found his fathers secret tunnel system and watches his mom in action while he paints the tunnel wall with his...well, you know.

So I could see it going a few ways.

1. Less erotic but grounded. Guy takes over the business and has to learn the ins and outs. Dad was supposed to pass the business down to the manager. So most of the girls are planning on closing their contracts in protest as they trust her.

Guy shows up and manager gives him a hard time but eventually realizes he’s a good guy and works with him to earn the trust of the talent back.

Ultimately it’s revealed dad sent it to son less for his sake and more for the manager: if she had just gotten it she would have made her entire life the brothel. Now she has to bounce off his son and even leave the brothel to get new talent.

Son and her wind up in a relationship.

2. More erotic, less grounded.

Son and mom have a limo show up that take them straight to the brothel. Turns out mom was one of the talent and in a relationship with the owner. When she had son she went on “maternity leave” and raised her son. However, with dad’s death, not only has ownership transferred, but mom’s “maternity leave” has come up as well a she needs to complete her contract.

To clarify, mom didn’t hate her time at the brothel, but she wanted to raise her son outside of it. Though even she is shocked when she finds out there’s an interest that has been accumulating and now instead of 6 months, she now has to work for 2 years a take at least 4 clients a month. The contract is binding and son can’t just forgive it.

So while learning the ropes and fending off some of the more amorous talent (one or two who also would like some paid leave), he has to help promote his mom, whose appeal has only grown snow that she’s a certified MILF.

3. Max erotic, no grounding, supernatural

Son didn’t have a traditional father. The brothel is his father. The brothel is actually a living being that creates fantasies for its clients but everything from the talents to the toilets is the brothel. Mom frequented it and fell in love with it. She wanted a son and the brothel provided one to her. But she was worried if she ever changed her desire, the brothel would take her son away.

So now son and mom come back. A body was provided to serve the funeral, but the brothel is dying, not dead. It wants to teach its son the ropes and be with the only woman it loved before it dies.

So now son has to deal with learning his powers and mom has to decide how she wants the relationship to end
