So, there's a video on Social media where a sister is getting ready for her brother's birthday and her friend comes in and asks if she got anything, and she said she does because she read his journal, and the friend thinks she got him incense he likes, but she took it as meaning something completely different.

What if she never realized what he actually wanted and surprised him by being naked in his bed waiting for him to fuck her?

Sister reading his journal, discovering his depraved interests, could be a good story. It would, in my opinion, need to be a slow burn story. The sister would spend a few days agonizing over the discovery, slowly finding the concept more interesting as she now see's her brother in a new light.
