Can't think of any.....
 
I was never a reader of Lil' Abner, so I don't know if it was still any good after Al Capp became more conservative. That was never a political strip per se, though.

I vaguely remember that, he turned on hippies in the late 1960s.
 
i think he was more funny and then he started taking himself seriously and that pretty much ruined him.
 
Despite the fact that conservative and other right of center ideologies are openly discriminated against and often censored from the mainstream media (which no doubt the OP knows perfectly well), there have, of course, been a number of humorous rightist comics over the years that have slipped past the censors, at least for a time. In general, rightists have more sense of humor than liberals, so it would make sense.

One in particular was called Mallard Fillmore. Of course, it eventually got pulled from most papers when the liberals complained.
