In non-consent/rape stories, did the victims experience orgasms?

First time to post a thread and I hope this is the right forum. Here goes:

I am working on a non-consent story--a brutal gang rape witnessed by the husband on his wife. Yet, unknown to him, his wife enjoyed the encounter. Her fantasies were involved. And here comes my problem:

I've read some news articles about rape cases where the rapists were not proven guilty, with the subsequent testimonies of clinical psychologists in the trials that most victims experienced orgasms during the act. Thus, releasing the attackers without supportive evidence/s and continuing the strong belief among lawyers that rape is a hard case to win in court--at least, in my country.

Is orgasm possible in a sexual assault? Are there any authors/writers of non-consent/rape who can provide me with a YES or NO answer--that women really experienced orgasms even with the brutal abuse?

My story's erotic twist lies along this fact/myth: The wife identified one of the rapists as their neighbourhood grocery attendant, and left her husband and children for the satisfaction of reliving everything again with her attackers...yes, she ended up having group sex with them.

I'm almost in the middle part of the story and I don't want to ruin it just because I was ignorant of a fact. Thank you in advance for the help.

Yes you can experience an orgasm in a non consensual rape scene, it is up to you how to write it though.

They have to.

Lit has a rule on rape stories. If the "victim" at some point does not start to enjoy it, or it turns out to be some type of game (role play between lovers for example) if there is no enjoyment if the victim is truly being assaulted complete with begging and especially in a gang bang scenario there is a good chance the story will be rejected or later reported by a reader.

There is not supposed to be any actual rape. Not to say the stories don;t slip through, but that is a rule.

Lovecrafts right, all the rape stories i've read on literotica have all included the women having some form of pleasure over it. A common line is how the rapist comments on how wet the woman would be getting.

Thank you, lovecraft68, I read about the Lit rule, which is very specific in this category.

Yet what I am interested in, is in the reality of rape: Did the victims at some point during the brutal assault, felt orgasm, as claimed by psychologists, in spite of the degradation and abuse?

Granted that majority of women harbour rape fantasies--in fact, rapists were sometimes set free when the defense counsel, with the help of psychiatric analyses, cunningly elaborated that the victims entertained rape fantasies--somehow establishing the victims' erring tease and enjoyment of the attack. This calls to mind "The Accused", a Jodie Foster starrer of a true-to-life movie on rape.

I guess, only a rape victim can answer the orgasmic reality of my question, but in the meantime, I must follow the Lit rule. Thank you, lovecraft68 and lazyhobo for the advice and elaborations.

There will most likely be enjoyment out of rape on the receiving, if done in certain ways, because the bottom line of rape is sexual stimulation. Now, add in the psychological factor, some may not be indifferent to the pleasure they feel, while still feeling negatively about the experience, others may have the feelings influenced and feel more pleasure from it, based on innate or even well known interests in that setting. Other women will have the stimulation downplayed and have less of a feeling which may affect wetness, nipple stiffness or even bottom line orgasms.

My suggestion to you, is that those that have the trauma of the experience lessen or kill any feelings they have over pleasure, you avoid describing her. I recommend the second option, where while she has no deep meaningful enjoyment of rape, still doesn't let it spoil the stimulation shes receiving. Not that she doesn't fight it, but it just "doesn't put a damper on things".

Alternatively, whether they fight back or take deep pleasure openly in the act, you could have a woman whose feelings / pleasure is amplified by the act. Whether it be whose doing it, the idea of a stranger, being forced, location, what hes doing, does the pain start feeling good and how many people are doing it / can see it being done / know its being done.

Even if they are apprehensive to rape, adding in other details that may affect is possible. For instance, take a woman who gets turned on by public displays, raping her in public, while being against the rape, the fact that its in public may influence the act and even cause her to enjoy it.

Bottom Line : So many ways we can go about this particular act, dont forget, while you can play on the fact that its rape to make them enjoy it, you can include other details or kinks that may influence ones overall enjoyment.

You have cleared up the cobwebs in this ticklish situation of whether orgasm is achieved or not during rape, lazyhobo. At least, it strengthened my belief that since sex is a human need and therefore, inherent, it may be unavoidable for a woman not to feel arousal even during a brutal violation.

More so, if the woman/victim entertains rape fantasies before the assault. Sometimes, it makes me wonder: Did the women who become victims almost wish it will to happen to them? I've read cases where the woman puts herself in a provocative situation among men, solo or not, that a rape becomes inevitable.

Then again, thank you for your time in clearing up matters for me, although I'd like to read more responses from the women's point of view. At least, I will not have a one sided-opinion and may depict a scene better, and more factual, instead.

No they don't. They don't even have to survive the encounter.

Don't confuse reality with role play / fantasy. Rape in real life is a violent act that is about power and control, not sex.

IRL it is, so I've heard. But just because she comes does not mean she enjoys it.

That's the root of my curiosity for asking--if the evidence of orgasm or say, being wet, was enough to say the sexual assault permitted pleasure--even if, the woman was battered and torn, disrespected and humiliated for life.

And is not an excuse to let the rapist go to commit more rapes.

True, the death penalty should be imposed for rape cases, no matter what the attacker's and the victim's age, the place where it happened, or their existing relationship. Many offenders claimed they were lovers, or the victim was a friend, a relative, and other notorious alibis.

Thank you KingOrfeo and gravyrug for giving me your opinions.

Still, I'm sorry if my honest query offended some members/browsers in this forum. I thought I'd ask, rather than err in my writing of a difficult theme for a story. I'd rather be kicked in the nuts several times than be blind, thinking I was godfucking right.

Men get raped, does having a hard-on mean they wanted it?

No, no more than a woman getting wet, etc.

Very young victims of incest and molestation may feel pleasure and that is part of the guilt and shame they may experience.

Our bodies quite often act regardless of our thoughts and feelings.

I don't think very many women orgasm from rape. Most of them can't even orgasm to guys that turn them on, never mind a rapist.

Rapists are gross. And women's rape fantasies are strange and very unrealistic. Do they imagine they'd be raped by James Bond or Zorro? Or do they dig the guy who hasn't showered and has bad breath and can't get a date?
