I am working on a non-consent story--a brutal gang rape witnessed by the husband on his wife. Yet, unknown to him, his wife enjoyed the encounter. Her fantasies were involved. And here comes my problem:

I've read some news articles about rape cases where the rapists were not proven guilty, with the subsequent testimonies of clinical psychologists in the trials that most victims experienced orgasms during the act. Thus, releasing the attackers without supportive evidence/s and continuing the strong belief among lawyers that rape is a hard case to win in court--at least, in my country.

Is orgasm possible in a sexual assault? Are there any authors/writers of non-consent/rape who can provide me with a YES or NO answer--that women really experienced orgasms even with the brutal abuse?

There will most likely be enjoyment out of rape on the receiving, if done in certain ways, because the bottom line of rape is sexual stimulation. Now, add in the psychological factor, some may not be indifferent to the pleasure they feel, while still feeling negatively about the experience, others may have the feelings influenced and feel more pleasure from it, based on innate or even well known interests in that setting. Other women will have the stimulation downplayed and have less of a feeling which may affect wetness, nipple stiffness or even bottom line orgasms.

My suggestion to you, is that those that have the trauma of the experience lessen or kill any feelings they have over pleasure, you avoid describing her. I recommend the second option, where while she has no deep meaningful enjoyment of rape, still doesn't let it spoil the stimulation shes receiving. Not that she doesn't fight it, but it just "doesn't put a damper on things".

Alternatively, whether they fight back or take deep pleasure openly in the act, you could have a woman whose feelings / pleasure is amplified by the act. Whether it be whose doing it, the idea of a stranger, being forced, location, what hes doing, does the pain start feeling good and how many people are doing it / can see it being done / know its being done.

Even if they are apprehensive to rape, adding in other details that may affect is possible. For instance, take a woman who gets turned on by public displays, raping her in public, while being against the rape, the fact that its in public may influence the act and even cause her to enjoy it.

Bottom Line : So many ways we can go about this particular act, dont forget, while you can play on the fact that its rape to make them enjoy it, you can include other details or kinks that may influence ones overall enjoyment.

You have cleared up the cobwebs in this ticklish situation of whether orgasm is achieved or not during rape, lazyhobo. At least, it strengthened my belief that since sex is a human need and therefore, inherent, it may be unavoidable for a woman not to feel arousal even during a brutal violation.

More so, if the woman/victim entertains rape fantasies before the assault. Sometimes, it makes me wonder: Did the women who become victims almost wish it will to happen to them? I've read cases where the woman puts herself in a provocative situation among men, solo or not, that a rape becomes inevitable.

Then again, thank you for your time in clearing up matters for me, although I'd like to read more responses from the women's point of view. At least, I will not have a one sided-opinion and may depict a scene better, and more factual, instead.

That's the root of my curiosity for asking--if the evidence of orgasm or say, being wet, was enough to say the sexual assault permitted pleasure--even if, the woman was battered and torn, disrespected and humiliated for life.

True, the death penalty should be imposed for rape cases, no matter what the attacker's and the victim's age, the place where it happened, or their existing relationship. Many offenders claimed they were lovers, or the victim was a friend, a relative, and other notorious alibis.
