In need of advice. (Site help requested.)

The FAQ page left me still asking questions. Maybe a few more experienced members can help?

For some reason I can't add to or edit my story or any of it's threads. I just joined today, so I'm not sure what's going on. To my knowledge, I can't change the choices I've made about the threads (enabling editting and adding new threads) but I'm sure there's a way to do that.

Also, I'm unable to delete my story.

Phew. So it seems I'm having a lot of trouble.

Anyway, hopefully someone can help. Thank you to all of you who do.

Yes. The threads say "approved" but the story itself is still "pending".

Well this is a thread. What threads are you talking about that say it is approved?

It takes a good 5-10 days to have a submitted story post on the site.

I just wanted to add another chapter to my story, but for some reason I can't anymore. My story already has three chapters that I define as threads.

I'm not sure how to change the situation.

Your story still hasn't officially posted on Lit.

It seems your story is in limbo. Until it actually posts on the site, you may not be able to do a thing.

Once it posts, you can always submit an edited version of the entire story and include the next chapter.

OR, you can submit another chapter using the same story title.

It's odd that I could update before and not now, but you're probably right when you say I'll be able to once my story is out of "limbo".
