In need of a permanent collar

I am looking for something that I can put on my sub, attach something like a ring to (so I can have a matching ring that I would wear on my finger) that can be put around his neck, but not be tight so it can't be seen under clothing at work. Something that cannot be removed without cutting it off. Preferrably something that is more like a cable but a chain would work, too. I know there are ways to do it with chain, but does anyone know of anything that is very attractive and very permanent that can be purchased?

Sterling silver, made to fit the individual wearer and locked with a hidden magnetic device, activated by a separate ring that can be worn by the Master.

Walraven now has a new collar - rolled leather encasing a stainless steel cable. This collar is secured using a spring hasp lock in sterling silver.

The problem that jumps my mind is when the collar is so wide that it can't be seen under ordinary clothing it's probably so wide that it can move over the head without unlocking.
