1) Why do women use drinking straws more than men?

Well, I have been known to use a straw on occasion. But, to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure why. Sometimes it's because the liquid is very cold and I don't like it touching my lips. Other times it's because I am wearing lip color and I don't want to have it wash away while drinking. Then there are those times I'm watching my child using one and I want to just "play and be a kid" again.

2)Why do women wear their hair shorter as they get older?

I've heard many women say this it's because as they get older they feel they look younger with shorter hair. I'm not sure if that's true or not. I guess it depends on the woman. I also believe it's easier to care for with most women. But, for me, shorter hair would mean much more work as my hair is very smooth and fine.
