Implode or Explode?

At various times in the last few days, members of the administration have claimed Obamacare is either about to "implode" or to "explode." One person, Reince Priebus, has insisted both are about to happen.


Since something can't both implode and explode, which seems more likely to you? Or is Obamacare just fine absent sabotage by HHS head Price and various other members of the administration?
