Do you (man or woman) prefer natural breasts or implants?

well, for my own sake im 100% on the real stuff!, but it all comes down to that genuin feeling of comfort. i mean, if a woman by no means whatsoever is unhappy with her tits i guess its better to change them, but i think that everyone can learn to be happy with them no matter what! its the same about mens dicks, if it was as easy to enhance a dick most men probably would, but learn to live with what we have and make the best out of it

yep! most women (i dont have ANY research on this, but just a feeling + experiance) are unahppy with their tits, as are men with their dicks/balls. well, it is easier (and less risky) to fix your tits than it is for a man to change the dick.

however, big tits dosnt always equal sexy/hot/attractive/ey catching.
i find some neatly exposed shoulders, a tempting back, a fine butt, or of course a nice face most time as attractive! but what is better than boob enhancement is either (or none of those things) and an attitude. and attitudes, unlike bodyparts can easily change and it remains attractive for far longer than any body part! (most likely).
just take well care of what you have! You dont need to have an ivory chess board to become grand master, the pieces itself dosnt win the game, its the mind behind

Silicone is not biodegradable on it's own. What a site it will be for archaeologists to see, implants sitting on bones. However, with cremation occurring in about 25% of all deaths and rising, and the relatively small number of women on a percentage level having the work done, the "petrified tit" will be quite the prize.
