Implant mix up

Ok, this will be my first story, with a view to it being a series.
I really appreciate a bit of help-
I've just got a mess of ideas, not sure where to start, how much to include in each chapter in the series and so on.

Basic outline:
Woman between the age of 18-23 wants to get breast implants, and move up from an A cup to a c cup. Except when she has the surgery, her doctor messes up and gives her another woman's implants*. These implants are huge, like Wendy Whoppers size.
The woman threatens to sue the doctor, doctor shows her the legal docs she signed, and says she must pay for them.
She was prepared to pay 4,000k for hers, but now can't afford the 30k she needs to pay for the wrong implants.
The doctor suggest that she can work as his secretary/assistant and perform him favours as payment. Realising her predicament, she reluctantly agrees and signs another legal document**.

Ideas to include in chapter and or series:
- she works as PA, but he comes in and gets favours as when he needs them. Such as handjobs, blow jobs, tit-fuck, sex, anal, etc. Maybe progress gradually throughout series.
- At some point has to go home and explain to her dismayed parents (but she has to tell them the implants were all her idea, so the doctor doesn't get on trouble).
- could meet brothers, or father's friends.
- doctor asks her to help out with patients, e.g providing sperm samples, sex therapy, solving erectile disyfunction.
- doctor uses excuse he needs money for the implants, sets up a website and takes photoshoots with her, and tries out some hardcore film making.
-embracing her new lifestyle
- becoming a 'slut'
- sex with strangers
- being talked round to the idea of getting bigger implants by the doctor (like Beshine size), and other plastic surgery like lips and booty.

*I'm aware implants would be designed for a particular person, so this requires a bit of fantasy.

**So I can use this later in series if need be for the doctor to justify something.

The ideas all lead to a reluctance bend which isnt something I go for as it tends to disrupt the reality of the scenario.

What I will offer is this: minimize the extremes, maximize the depth.

Do they have to be insane one of a kind implants? Maybe he puts in the highest non custom size. Youve still got reality and if she works in a conservative environment or in a male dominated office, shes got just the same amount of problems, maybe even more (I think superbig tits venture into you either love/hate em thing)

I think even with contracts or looming debt shes going to get the hell away from a guy that butchered her at whatever cost. So, hows about she loses her job due to her new body so has to use these new "things" of hers to get by. She dislikes it at first but comes to see what its like to be a woman with a large chest and the self esteem build it can be at times. If you want to transition her into a slut, ok.

My thought is if all you want to do is satisfy the ultra large boob crowd, the simple inclusion of it in the story is going to be enough to keep your audience. If you want a demographic OUTSIDE that limited range, its got to be more realistic. Hell Id even take she wants to get in the world record books for the biggest tits over switched at the op table. There are mentally unsound women in that crowd. Spunky A cup has her body disfigured (compared to what it was) but just rolls with it?

And can an A cup even GET them that big from the start if she wanted? Isnt it a build up/stretching of the skin (hence why multiple ops for the women who go bonkers)

Hmm, some good points to consider. Your largely right.
I didn't really want noconsent, just a reluctance at briefly, then a wanting. Bit of a poor explanation by me.
Your right about reaching a larger audience, there won't be much point in writing one without an audience.

A woman with large breast wants to have a reduction done, but once the surgery is over they are much smaller than what the doctor discussed with her. In all reality they are probably not. She has been use to larger breast for so long that having them that much smaller would be a shock for her.

She starts asking him about putting in implants but he wont even discuss that till she fully heals from the first surgery. Plus he tells her it's going to be an even more difficult (Ie expensive) surgery now since she has already had so much done to her. There is a lot of scaring from that type of surgery. That leads to a lot of self image problems.

These lead her down a path she wouldn't have gone down otherwise. Doing what ever she has to to get the money for the implants.

Then more for the plastic surgery for all the scaring

Then more cause she's still not happy.

then more and more and more.

Too unrealistic to me.
1) single implants don't get that big (and as other posters pointed out: skin doesn't stretch unlimited)
2) she'd more likely file a complaint to the hospital if not simply sue the living daylights out of the doctor for massive compensation instead of being presented with a supersized bill.
Having her enslave him as (part of) the compensation would be even more realistic.
Of course this are all fantasies but at least they should pass some reality check, makes it so much more believable. Otherwise plenty of readers will just drop it, or if continued to read be distracted by the unrealistic scenario.

I wouldnt count self mutilation in the realm of realistic just because it HAS happened once before. Even if thats true, which I doubt, she had all sorts of surgery to have that done.
