I am struggling today. Hitting the drugs as often as allowed. Tomorrow, I have a follow-up appointment & get the drains pulled. They creep me out. That should help me be more comfortable.

Today is the first day I've not watched the clock for the next dose of pain meds.

I still look like a casualty of war, but I'm feeling much better. The soreness is mostly gone & I just have to deal with the pinching/pulling of the sutures. (Those that don't dissolve will be removed next Tuesday.)

And, I still have to wear this gorgeous, sexy "compression garment" 23/7 for another 4+ weeks. I'm getting used to it, though.

I'm eager to get back to my workout routine, now ... and to be able to shave my legs.
