Immersive Text (FIRST_NAME, etc.) not working

The immersive text feature on CHYOO is not working. {FIRST_NAME} and {LAST_NAME} just translate to nothing.

I wonder what is going on with Chyoo? It doesn't seem like this and the failing login-system are two independant problems.
Torg, did you notice if the immersive text worked after the login-problems began, or if they broke at the same time?

My far-less-than-perfect memory retrieval of the timing of everything seems to place the loss of immersive text insertion at the same vague temporal timing as the login issue.

Ah, and thanks to your accurate description of past events, we can conclude that something is seriously FUBAR.

Even weirder is the fact that if I try to login under the name 'Torg' and with the password 'lölökäråp' the system notices that something is wrong, but if I use my username and correct password, nothing seems to happen
