Ok, here is the scenario. You are on a date with a new person. They tick all the right boxes for physical stuff. What is something they say/do/whatever that immediately makes you decide there won't be a second date.

For me, it's being rude to the waitress. If she is rude, acts like she is the most important person in the entire restaurant, and belittles the waitress/waiter for any mistakes, that is an immediate NO

Intolerance of anyone - first sign of it, that's me lost.
Lack of basic manners. Fail to have table manners, or basic respect of others? No chance.
Staring at a phone instead of living in the world.

I'll see the date through, because I'm a nice guy that knows how to behave - but after I take you home, I'll be heading off and won't be in touch.

Agree w/ all the above... Well said, everyone.

Being rude to service workers is a biggie for me. ...Poor tipping too.

Nasty comments about the Homeless. ..Eg., "Why don't they just get a job like the rest of us!?..."

Basically, any indication that a person lacks empathy is a turn-off for me. If they don't appreciate the role luck and happenstance plays in life and they can't imagine being in the shoes of someone less fortunate, it's not going to work b/w us. ..And it can be expressed in a bunch of ways.

Also.. overt and endless cynicism. ..No time for it. Life is too short to be with someone who is endlessly negative. But by the same token, anyone devoutly religious. ..Sorry, I believe in a higher power but not one who gives a rip about who we love or how we love them, etc..

As it relates to sex... ..If I was in the singles game, I couldn't date someone who is so uncomfortable with their body that sex must always be "lights off" and anyone who lacks any interest in trying new things...

Since I saw the red flags far too late in my last relationship, I might not recognize them again on a first date, mostly hate and intolerance. I expect anyone close to my age and single will have some baggage.

Negativity

If a guy were to show up to a date complaining about all bad driver's on the road, his idiot co-workers, his frigid ex-wife, etc., I'd suffer through the rest of the date, but I wouldn't accept a second.

If he says something really horrible about single moms, I'll might actually walk-out of the restaurant. Maybe even throw a drink in his face.

Left a big one of my list...

Not liking dogs... Unless you have some convincing story about being bit as a child, it's not gonna work out if you dislike dogs. You don't have to own one or even desire owning one, but to dislike dogs means no second date.

Liking cats. I don't wanna have a cat in my life, even a second-hand one. I love women who are allergic to cats. I know they will never subject me to having to deal with one!

There are only thee people in the world who don’t have baggage and we can’t find two of them. 😏

Respect..... For anyone around you, for yourself, for your surroundings....
"Reading the room"
Manners
Conceitedness
The most important for me "making sure to treat others the way in which you want to be treated"

When a woman has a sense of entitlement...especially if its bc she thinks she has the golden cunt. I have been known to still fuck em out of spite, but i let em know their pussy stinks when im done.
