Wondering how to use geocities... I have a yahoo account just don't know about geocites and stuff... free right?

Okay now I'll tell you why it didn't work when you tried it!

Pay attention class (being stupid)

Okay you didn't have it formatted right (don't know the correct jargon so forgive me) you had it formatted for your sig line. For some reason that's how you format a picture in your sig line but not in the regular message text... when posting a picture in the message text you have use these brackets like this:
[b]put http address here[/b]

Leave out the src and these <> brackets, they are only for you sig line... I don't know why that it but I've just learned it by goofing off around here!

Best way to learn anything about computers or anything dealing with computers is by trial and error at least that's what I say!

Orrrrrr.....You can just read the forum rules that are at the bottom of each and every page in this forum :D
It tells you exactly what is, and isn't activated in that particular area, or forum:

Everyone runs there boards differently, and the HTML is the main one that is always different. Most boards do not allow it because it allows people to insert certain scripts that can potentially cripple the boards. :cool:

I work for a web hosting company, I shall look into getting cheep adult hosting and post in this thread.

That sounds like a good price, too bad I already signed up with walagata (I think that's the name). The finally contacted me and I had to create a list of usernames so they could begin setting up my account. Oh wait... that's monthly walagata is yearly which I like very much...

Yes you should, though I found out that yahoo doesn't allow any other image other than jpg type! Which sucks since I have a bunch of gif images that I wanna play with!
 
 
 
Okay well I kind of tried a thing with geocities... I don't know about the website, that kind of sucks, but I can definitely use it to keep my pictures...

I have a tripod site that is a lot easier to change than geocities and I just can't figure out why my pictures ain't showing up!

Okay here is something very weird in some cases when I post a picture from a geocities site it posts in the preview but not when I submit the message, now why is that?

I was trying to post a picture from the faery link that I gave out above. I was so glad when I found that it had links, but when I hit submit it doesn't work. I don't know why!
 
Still haven't figured out geocities and how starfury was able to have images posted from there and I can't...

Also I'm wondering how to create moving pictures for use as AV's or for use in posting of myself... I'd probably need Adobe for that right?
