I’m a girl some love to hate,
I’m a girl some think is absolutely great.
I’m a girl trying to make her way,
loving, living, and cherishing each passing day.
one side of the family thinks I’m worthless,
the other side knows me inside and out,
and truly loves me, without a doubt.
of course I love myself,
but it’s nice to know others do too.
it’s nice to feel it,
and know it’s true.
love is a truth I haven’t felt by most family,
but now I know it’s a truth that’ll always be.
I’m a girl that lives to love and loves to live.

I’m a girl that people underestimate,
but that’s their choice.
either way, I still have a voice.
my opinions do matter,
and I won’t let what they think cause my world to shatter.
I live only for me,

I stand up for what I believe in,
and I know there’s always a reason.
I always love to laugh and smile,
and people’s love makes it worthwhile.
I may be gone from one side of the family,
but truthfully, that’s ok with me.
I was heartbroken for awhile,
but knowing I’m loved makes me smile.
all I can do is be myself,
and live my life for me, no one else.

Who's your man, an odd to you,
Claiming your sleep, search in few.

Dreams are clouds, shinning through,
Rains are emotions, passing you.

Eyes wide open, stranger I am,

Voice of yours, a distant hope,

Hide and seek u like to play,
Craving for one glimpse of ye.

Trying to reach out and touch you,
You elude to those clouds, all new.

You are always glowing as those things you craft,
Life is more than that, want to draft.

Dry sand beneath by legs, now wet,
Quickly turning out to be dry by sunset.
