I'm trying to remember an erotic movie

I don't remember many thing about the movie and my english is not so good but I will try to write what I remember I hope you can understand me

There was a guy who doesn't interest in women (maybe he was asexual) and this guy's a friend or a relative (let's say his brother) hire a woman to seduce his brother and experience his first sex. So in most of the movie, hired woman was trying to seduce asexual guy.

I remember a scene in bath.
Supposing that hired woman was introduce herself to guy on a beach (I'm not sure of that)
Also the guy doesn't know his brother hired this woman. She just a woman he met incidentally for him.

I think in the end he fucked his brother's girlfriend, not hired woman.

And I think his brother's girlfriend was blonde, and hired woman was not blonde (maybe dark-haired) but I'm not sure of these.

Please help me to find this movie's name!
