Congratulations!!:rose: :rose:

Yes, now let's hope it doesn't break. I can't decide whether to drop the full coverage insurance or keep it though.

Pro's vs Con's???

Way to go PB. What is next on the wish list?

Keep it! If you don't and something happens you'll lose to much..

A small house... one or two bedroom, with front porch swing and space to plant flower gardens in the yard.

Keep the full coverage. You might not ever need it, but it's good to have it, just in case.:)

Yah...that's what I was figuring. The money is already gone every month...I've learned to live without it.

..you forgot the cat

congrats about the four wheels!!!
:)

Congrats!

Since you're in the habit of paying that payment, keep doing it (but put it in a savings account instead). In no time you'll have yourself an "emergency fund" to fall back on or a down payment for that house.

OR

If you are really serious about the house, use what was the car payment to pay off any unsecured debt (credit cards) faster so that you can qualify for the mortgage.

Sorry I do this sort of stuff for a living.
