I think Canadians are very athletic people. I see no reason why they can't excel at summer sports. Gymnastics is an indoor sport, hoops, volleyball, swimming. Toronto and Montreal have nice summers. Besides, most elite athletes from foreign countries are coached and trained in the US anyways.
