Yorkshire Problem.

Have you fully considered that the good folk of Yorkshire don't think of themselves as NE of anything worthwhile and that they are actually the centre of all things worthy? If you request an influx of filth from Tykes, Geordies and whatever it is you English are calling people from Sunderland or Borough these days I think you'll be innundated with offers from the yokel farm boys. Good luck with that and don't forget the vaseline.
