the finger of suspicion over the Bali bombing seems to be pointing unswervingly towards al Qaida.

I know terrorists work under a system which is alien to most of us but why would al Qaida use a country with a high Moslem population whose livelihood depends on tourism, as the scene for any act of terrorism?

Or was it really the CIA?

The Washington Post is reporting that a former Indonesian Naval officer has been arrested after admitting to making the bomb. It contained military grade explosives.

Not confirmed by the Indo authorities yet.
