You have B12 malabsorbtion ?
Since it is a water soluble vitamin I thought those who can't extract it from the food need injections more often than that.

_me_, BAD GIRL!! NO SPANKING FOR YOU FOR 2MONTHS FOR NOT TAKING YOUR SHOTS... ok, 2 days. Yes most of them.. not happy with all of them. Most are ok but a few not better and some bad.
