OMG... I tried that with my mom once... this is what she did... got out a sheet of paper... House rules... You will ask for something... But ONLY ON SUNDAY BETWEEN 8AM TO 830AM. IF YOU DONOT ASK FOR MEALS TO BE FIX AT A SET TIME. THERE WILL BE NONE MAKE. IF YOU WANT CLEAN CLOTHES YOU WILL DO THEM YOURSELF... YOU WILL BEEN IN THE HOUSE AND NOT ON PHONE OR COMPUTER OR PLAYING ANY GAMES. YOU HAVE TO ASK TO DO THAT ON SUNDAY. WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TO BE HUMAN AND NICE TO MOTHER WE WILL TALK ABOUT HOW THINGS ARE DONE IN MY HOUSE.

As it was friday night... mom did not make anything for me to eat or let me make anything.. same on Sat... so by Sunday morning I learned very fast to ask for things and to be nice to mom.. and to listen to her and think before I open my mouth.

lol _me_ my mom was little thing with me at 6'2 and her at 5' but da** I better listen when she got mad. Mom was a sweet lady but she did not take shit off of no one... I watch her beat the tar out of a guy that walk in our house with her frying pan... 14'' cast iron pan. When the cops got there they all could not believe what she did to him. Guess he had been wanted for over 3 years for raping and killing woman. I know after she was done... he couldnot have rape anyone else... She broke his hip and legs .. and well she hit him more than a few times right in the nuts.

I guess she was in away.Having to bring up 3 kids after dad die when I was 8. But she was still mom. She worked from 430am until 1pm So was home when us kid got out of school. Owner of Apt lived next door would check on us and feed us in the morning. Mom grewup on a farm... so yes she was tough lady. I spend my summer on the farm... learned about hard work and doing the right things.

Ok... I better stop... mom's birthday is in June.. I miss her everyday.. even at 54 I wish I could ask her for a hug... there is no replacing a MOM HUG
