Got to the hospital & the carpark was closed for construction work. The nearest place to park was about 10 mins for a normal person....there was no way I could even contemplate walking that far
So, I've missed my appointment. Rang my ms nurse to tell her & asked her to ring me

Those car parks are always full of people who could have parked elsewhere, could have got the bus, or even walked or cycled - maybe it would have saved some of our taxpayers money on their care if they got off their fat arses and did some damn exercise! And the people who really need to park close by wait ages for a parking space and then end up late (or DNAing )

Sorry - used to work in the NHS, and people's complete lack of consideration for others was a recurrent theme...
