How do I do that?

When you click on the picture and bring it up in the viewing window

Right Click on it and you will see an option that says "Save Picture As"
.
That will give you the option of putting it in your Picture Folder

Then go to your Profile page and it will give you a space to add a picture to your5 profile.

Choose the BROWSE option and that will let you look troguh your picture folder on your PC and then you can upload the pic to your Profile page.

click the link to view it then right mouse click with the mouse over the image select save image as and save it to your computer.. then crop it and upload it as your AV.. hope that helps..
