Golden rule: NEVER weigh yourself when you're on steroids!

It just makes you depressed, and then you'll tend to comfort eat (if you have that tendency - and steroids do that too), and the steroid'll turn all you eat into fat, and you're into a cycle.

Just leave off the scales until you're better, OK?
