If HIV did come from SIV (and it is highly debatable whether it did or not) it was not due to beastiality, it was either due to blood transfer which happened during certain non-beastiality sex rituals or via certain vaccines made from monkey organs (the liver IIRC). There is no evidence for either theory - both are just speculation, usually repeated by conspiracy theorists, who usually also say the CIA infected the monkeys during biological weapon tests.
