As far as I know there is no test. Personally I don't think I would trust one anyways. What I did and do is educating myself. Read around the forum, the library, follow links to other BDSM sites, google terms you're interested in. You'll find many threads here with advice on good sites, and on good books to read. When you think you're ready you can go to RL meetings (munches (=meeting+lunch, in a 'vanilla' setting) or play-parties with local groups). In the process you will find out if this is something you really are interested in on a deeper level.
You can also try to find a PYL (= pick your label, capitalized for Dominant/Top/Master/whatever you choose, small letters for submissive/bottom/slave/whatever you choose) online. Be honest that you don't know if this is what you want, but that you want to try it out as you're curious.

No there's not a test. It's something that comes naturally. You said you were submissive. Sounds like there's your answer as to whether or not this is your "thing".

Do you have someone who likes to dominate you? If so, then I guess you already have additional confirmation of your answer.

If you're alone in this, why not try local groups or classifieds. Providing you are not in a commited relationship, of course. Be safe in how you approach strangers.

Take your time. You have a day or two to figure it out.

Please consider that for some rushing typing the way you do makes you close to incomprehensible. There are some non-English-native-speakers around (yes, I'm one of them). And I know that I usually don't take the trouble trying to figure out what someone wants to say if they don't use a kind of communication that can be recognized as a language I know.
