im new / questions

hello ... i have recently submitted a story and just this morning it says it is approved ... it is called TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS


now on the panel thingy it says it has been viewed 276 times and voted on 5 times ...

in the stories section i cant see it ,


and .. i thought that there was suposed to be a way to view what people said about it in the votes .. ??

can any one offer help to this newbie ...

Are you thinking of feedback?

5 votes on less than 300 sightings is very good by the way.

Feedback only occurs if the reader can be arsed to send you an e-mail about what they thought. You won't be able to see who voted or why just on the scoring.

Feedback is purely optional. You may get loads, you may get none (unlikely).

It's currently in the new stories list, about half way down page one at http://www.literotica.com/stories/showstory.php?id=104834

It will move down tht list when tomorrow's stories are posted -- probably to page two.

If anyone comments on your story, you'll get the comments by e-mail. the votes and views information is only where you found them on your author's submission page.

Your story should also be inthe alphabetical listing under Erotic Couplings.

For future reference, the stories are posted about midnight Pacific Time and a story won't show up until then the day it is changed to Approved status. I suspect you checked between the time it was approved and when the days stories were posted.

havent done haiku poetry since grade 8 ... but occasionall write lovely poetry ... am into other art forms ...

A couple of things to keep in mind. Votes mean little here as they are manipulated by jealous, greedy yet inconsequential snerts. Feedback is the real meat here, but you'll need to learn how to interpret the good from the bad. Oh, and it takes 100 posts here to be able to post an avatar.
