A few months back I came across a story that I really enjoyed, but I can't seem to remember the name of it. It was about girl who accidentally traveled back in time and met the man of her dreams. She was visiting an aunt in the present day I think. Also, at the end, she accidentally pops back into the present day, leaving her lover behind.

Never read a story like that on here so I can't help exactly, but have you tried searching for the tags that the story might have?

It sounds like more of a romance story to me so romance could be a tag. And then think of any of the sex scenes you remember reading in it and use the word or phrase that would describe them as tags to search for. It could help.

If you find it, I would love to know what it is so I could take a look, it sounds pretty good. One of my favorite romance novels has a time travel thing going on. It's called A Knight in Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux. So if you don't manage to find the story you're looking for on here, I highly suggest going and finding the book by Deveraux and reading it.

You could try looking at michchick98's stories. She had a number that involved time travel via a mirror. Not sure if they're still up, or if it's what you're thinking of, but it might be worth a try.
